INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS BY MAIL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the order is placed.

The return is free, with shipping at a price of €7.90 paid by the customer 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us (Personal area on the site, Tel +39 0805215984, Email info@10decimistore.it or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. example letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For this purpose you can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments you have made to us (excluding shipping costs) without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are kindly requested to send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
